Shorter season than usual

The 2026–27 season ends in March. From April to October 2027, the Main Stage will be closed for essential technical upgrades. During this period, The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet will take its activities beyond the Opera House, presenting performances and concerts across the country. The touring programme will be announced in autumn 2026.
